ALI'S TAKE ON AYURVEDA
Ayurveda by definition is the science of life. My definition of Ayurveda is a daily experience of conscious living: a lifestyle that can be simple and accessible, yet also bring profound healing into our lives.
By using the tools of diet, exercise, herbs, essential oils, and lifestyle choices, I have treated clients with serious conditions like auto-immune disorders, menopause symptoms, eczema, fibroids, migraines, IBS and colitis.

about me.
Hi, I’m Ali!
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2003 and I'm devoted to the study of Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is an ancient knowledge base that stems from India and I think yoga and Ayurveda go hand in hand. My hope is that all of my yoga classes feel like Ayurvedic healing sessions, with carefully curated movement, breath, mantras, and essential oils for the Season.
You can find me teaching class at the NY Laughing Lotus Yoga Center, hosting Teacher Training Programs at the 200 and 500 hour level, giving Ayurveda and Chakra Trainings at studios around the world, or traveling the globe with my students to places like Spain, Morocco, South America and Sudan.
If you can't make it to NYC, please stay up to date with me
by subscribing to my mailing list because I'd love to teach
you somewhere around the world!
Looking forward to seeing you in class!
Namaste,
Ali
